From Counseling Center Director Joshua Hurley:
Hello, Patriots and Patriot Parents!
I hope you are all enjoying the snow while staying safe and warm! Midyear transcripts have been updated and uploaded to Parchment.com. All requests made through Parchment.com from February 10 to February 15 have been sent to the appropriate institution with the updated midyear grade reports. A handful of student transcripts were approved prior to the update in Parchment, but we have reconciled those transcripts and updated each institution with the most recent transcript, reflecting the required midyear information. I appreciate your continued understanding with this process as the snow pushed back our previously scheduled dates. If you have requested your midyear transcript on or after February 10, no further action is necessary.
If you are a college-bound PH senior and you have not requested your midyear transcripts, please log on to your Parchment.com account, and request your transcript be sent to all colleges to which you have applied. If the colleges are Common App schools, you only need to request your transcript to be sent to Common App. If the colleges are non-Common App schools, please request your transcript be sent directly to each of those institutions. Transcript fees will continue to be turned off through Wednesday, February 17, for your convenience during this process. If you have any questions, please contact your school counselor either via email or in the Counseling Center. Thanks so much, and have a great day!
