– Each student must show the form to his or her teachers on Monday, December 14, and Tuesday, December 15, to ensure course selections for next school year are appropriate and to provide recommendations.  Each teacher will initial the form at the beginning of each block.

– The student’s last block teacher on Monday, December 14, will collect the form to keep for the next day.

– On Tuesday morning at 8:25 a.m., students will report to their A4 teachers to gather their forms and continue the registration process with their B-day teachers.

– The student’s last block teacher on Tuesday, December 15, will collect the form, which will be copied and returned to each student on Thursday, December 17, 2015.

– Parents are encouraged to review the requested courses and make adjustments, if necessary.  The forms are due to the Counseling Center on Monday, January 4, 2016.

When we return from winter break, January 4 will be a “B” day.

Parents and students are reminded that no students are allowed to remain at PH after 3:30 p.m. to wait for athletic events to begin.  Additionally, for safety reasons, students with permission to remain after hours must be with a sponsoring adult, such as a coach, the entire time.
